We map the current workflow, users, data, integrations and constraints. The output is a defined problem, proposed approach, acceptance plan, dependencies and a scoped estimate. Discovery may recommend conventional software, a smaller pilot or stopping before a build.
PILOT / MVP / DELIVERY
Agree on one usable outcome.
A statement of work names the screens, APIs, integrations, supported inputs, tests and exclusions. Review milestones make progress visible. AI work includes representative evaluation; launch includes agreed configuration, documentation and handover.
ONGOING CARE / OPTIONAL
Define what happens after launch.
A separate agreement can cover maintenance, dependency updates, release checks, usage and cost review, and planned improvements. Hosting, provider charges, new features, response hours and incident responsibilities are stated explicitly. No 24/7 service or universal response guarantee is included by default.
INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION
Plan around the project, not an assumed location.
Dreamview is an India-registered, founder-led business. Remote projects are assessed for fit, time-zone overlap, data handling and delivery constraints. Share your country, preferred currency and meeting time zone in the enquiry. The proposal confirms contracting details, payment milestones and any third-party costs; no overseas office is implied.
OWNERSHIP AND ACCEPTANCE
Make handover concrete.
The project agreement records source access, client data ownership, third-party licences, account responsibilities and acceptance checks. Client-owned service accounts are preferred where practical. An NDA or additional data-processing terms can be discussed before confidential material is shared.
